B450 Steel Legend : Boot from USB keyboard

   I have rrecntly changed from a PS2 to USB keyboard.
I have now lost the option to boot from a key press on the keyboard.
I have tried another USB keyboard with the same result.

My question is a simple one: Should I be able to Boot from a USB keyboard with this motherboard?

B450 Steel legend
AMD Ryzen 5 3600  3600Mhz
BIOS Version P3.40
Windows 11

I have checked in device manager that the windows keyboard settings are set to "Allow wake up from this device"

the current UEFI does not show any settings for my required feature
There are 5 later versions of the BIOS but I'm not sure any of these will give me the option to configure a Boot from a USB keyboard.

Any help would be most appreciated.
