I complained to Satya Nadella and Microsoft tech support

I believe in programmers burden it is hard to program drivers, firmware and BIOS. Furthermore, I did Crystal Disk Mark Tests of my Reletech Q400 PRO Q M.2 NVME SSD and 512GB Weijinto M.2 NVME SSD.

I know the Reletech Q40 PRO

Bug 1

I am getting really slow sequential Write Speeds with my Reletech Q400 PRO Q M.2 NVME SSD. I should be getting 5000 MB/S and 3700 MB/s sequential read when Crystal Disk Mark.

I am supposed to get a 2200 MB/s sequential read with the Weijinto M.2 NVME SSD

I am using latest 2.10 BIOS and the latest ASROCK Windows 11 Drivers for Audio, chipset, and Nvidia Drivers. I am using Nahamic 3.

I am using the latest version of
Crystal Disk Mark 8.0.4 x64
Crystal Disk Info 8.13.3 x64

I want to have lower electrical bills and would trial power consumption Microsoft software. I keep my 6 core Ryzen 5 3600x in Asrock Phantom Gaming Tuning in power-saving mode.

I like that add-in Card, I can fit 2 more M.2 NVME and 1 SATA3 hard drive.

I want another M.2 NVME SSD.

Bug 2

I have contacted a month ago about an ASUS bug with the sonic studio app with Windows 11

I would click on and select headphones from speakers, and then it would grey out. As I result I cannot plug in my Razer BlackShark V2 X Gaming Headset: 7.1 sound surround into the back of my Xonar AE computer. I included a small 1-minute video of the bug.

I complained to ASUS 2 months ago and Microsoft

well, read spead is "up to", which is measured in ideal non realistic conditions, i wouldnt worry about it that much

as for write speed, windows 11 has bugged nvme driver, to fix write speed, you have two options either switch to windows 10 or dont use microsoft nvme driver

once you fix your nvme driver (either way), then still dont expect some crazy write speeds, your drive has 256MB RAM buffer, which is small tbh, samsung 970evo has 1GB, so if you do 1GB crystal disk mark test on your drive compared to samsung, on samsung write test will be fully done inside RAM buffer, while on your drive only part of it will use RAM, rest will use SLC cache, which is slower

another reason for slowdowns would be if drive overheats
