please is this motherboard: Z490 Phantom Gaming-ITX/TB3; is it compatible with my equipment that I describe below:
two sticks of ram:
- Crucial 16 GB RAM stick:

not really sure about that ram, but rest is ok
as for ram...well you shoould stick with matched pairs when runing two sticks as there might be compatibility issues
here are guidelines from intel when running different ram module sizes ie how to connect them in mainboard

flex mode is mostly for laptops but i could be wrong here

you mean compared to my ram? I can only use the 16 GB one, on my side I inquired from a technician at LDLC he told me that everything is fine everything I have is compatible with this card, except that I want to be sure before buying it
