I have a Steel Legend B550M that will no longer post. The MB LED's do light up when the MB gets power.

When the system is powered up, the CPU fan spins up, the RGB memory does light up, the case fans spin and light up, the GPU does light up (MSI RX6700XT) but the fans never spin up. There is no video output. The LED POST lights MEM and CPU and they stay lit. The RGB keyboard does not light up.

I removed all the memory and put just one into A2 and that did not help. I tried a known-good GT1030 in each PCIe slot and that did not help.

What happened prior to the issue, has anything been chahnged/
And is it possible to test with another PSU?
One way would be to reset the BIOS using the following steps.
1. disconnect the power
2. keep the start button pressed for 30 or so seconds, to flush capacitors
3. remove the BIOS battery for 5 minutes and place it back
4. remove the memory, and start the system, and let it run for about 5 minutes
5. power down, and put 1 memory module in A2
6. start again, and just wait some minutes.
And use a wired keyboard and mouse, and always connect a monitor.
It would be best to use the support form, on the ASRock website, and fill in the details
https://event.asrock.com/tsd.asp?ln=en
If these steps fail, contact your reseller, becasue during warranty period, the reseller is responsible to carry out the warranty.
Dealing directly with the reseller, also saves transport cost.
When using a gmail address for the support form, always check your spam folder for replies
Kind Regards
