I have an Asrock X570 GAMING ITX/TB3 Motherboard.
I tried to change something in my BIOS to try to update to Windows 11. Now, my PC shows a blue screen in Recovery mode. My keyboard and my mouse are unresponsive (I tried changing it of plugs and everything, nothing works). Basically, I am stuck with a PC on a blue screen since I can't type anything or click anything. Can someone help me please |

Dear jhul4724,
When you disconnect SATA and/or M.2 devices the system automatically will start in BIOS. Other option to reset the BIOS is: 1. disconenct the power, and press the start button for about 30 seconds to flush all capacitors 2. disconenct the BIOS battery, there is a small red/black cable between the chipset heatsink and the IO panel, this is where the BIOS battery is connected, just unplug it for 5 or so minutes, and place it back, this will force a factory reset, also date and time are incorrect Are you using a wired keybaord and mouse, because wirless keyboard/ mice can also cause this problem, and can prvent the USB ports from working properly |

Kind Regards
