Are any of your fans connected to both the motherboard and a power cable from the
PSU? Some fans have a 3 or 4pin connector as well as an additional connector that
can be directly connected to the power supply. If you connect both it causes the
issue you are describing.

Make sure none of your fans are connected to the power supply. They only need to
be connected to the motherboard fan headers.

I have 3 connections.
1. First fan to the cpu fan 1
2. Second fan to cpu fan 2
3. Cooling pump to the one of the power supply sockets.

My fans have 4 pin connectors.

I didn't have this problem before i changed the components to the newest one. Could it be related to damage to the board? Should I contact the store where I bought?
