Last night, I tried going up to version 3.20 of the BIOS, with PCIE2
on the BIOS set to GEN1(it doesn't work when set to AUTO), the card
is recognised and I am able to use it, I have tested it a couple of
times with reboots and full shutdowns.
I will post again if things change over the next few days. Edited by olly50 - 09 Apr 2016 at 11:14pm |

I have just upgraded my system adding a Z170 PRO4, I5 CPU and SSD. I have done a new installation of windows 10. Everything seems to work except my TBS6984 PCIE card(DVB-S2), it does not seem to be recognised, I have tried it in various slots, but windows doesn't see it. The card was working with windows 10 on my old motherboard and i have used the same drivers. I have read that Asus have had some problems with Z170 Motherboards recognising TBS cards, has anyone had similar problems, or know of a fix, or know whether a fix is likely.
