Hi all, I know there is a beta bios out for this board for the 5800X3D, but I was wondering how long until the official bios becomes available? Other board makers have the latest one for the 5800X3D available which I think is agesa 1.2 0.7. I have a 5950x but I was curious about the 5800X3D, saw some benchmarks and in some games especially in MMOs the extra cache helps a lot.

Any word at all from AsRock about an official BIOS for the 5800X3D?
Might sell my 5950x and get the 5800X3D as now I'm using it more for gaming than anything else. |

Bumping this as I'm wondering the same thing. The X470 Taichi is a great board and it's a shame we don't have any news for AGESA 1.2.0.7 yet. Not just for 5800X3D support, but to resolve all issues running Windows 11 on Ryzen chipsets.

They may or may not release the "permanent bios". My guess is the temp may be the only release based on the demand.

I hope they release an official BIOS soon, because if the rumors are true from AMD we will have 2 more CPUs with v-cache coming. A 5600X3D and the 5900X3D which I want if it's true. ??

Official support for the new v-cache CPU's would be nice, but I think there should be urgency releasing this since AGESA 1.2.0.7 is the fix on Ryzen chipsets for stuttering in Windows 11. I'm sure there's a good amount of X470 Taichi users who have taken the plunge and made the OS upgrade.

Even the X570 Taichi doesn't have 1.2.0.7 either.

Yes there is an issue when you have TPM enabled for Win 11 and stutters with Ryzen CPU's. I'm running Win 10 21H2 LTSC because I hate all that crap that comes with the regular versions of Windows ?? There are versions of Win 11 on torrent sites that have no TPM required that is removed. "Windows 11 21H2 (No TPM Required)" For now I guess this is the only solution until we have that official BIOS |

I suppose for their own users to switch to the 3 other major brands who already have AGESA 1.2.0.7 out on all of their flagship boards. :( |
