How to upgrade B450 Fatal1ty ITX Bios for 5600X..£

   Hi,

I'm using a Asrock B450 Fatal1ty itx. Bought MB in 2019, currently on 3.50 with a 1600. Now got the 5600x.

What is the correct way to update the Bios for 5600x.....?

Should i upgrade in steps from 3.50 -> 3.70 -> 4.10 -> 4.20 one by one, total three times Bios update ....?

Or can I go straight 3.20 -> 4.50 (support for 5000 series) only 1 time Bios update.....?!?

Very confused.
