X470D4U2-2T Motherboard CPU Stress problem

   Hi, i have the X470D4U2-2T Motherboard from ASRock Rack with a AMD Ryzen 9 5900X with 12 cores, 24 threads and 64GB of memory.
I use CPU-Z to stress the processor and if I select more than 14 Threads it starts to fail after a couple of minutes (I attach images).

Bios is last (4.1)

I tested this with Windows 2019, 2022 and 10 and it's the same.
