Does anyone have this problem too?

Stuttering while playing games after update BIOS to 7.30 AGESA Combo V2 PI 1.2.0.7

The stuttering issue, is related to the CPU, sometiems it is also related to XMP profiles, but not every CPU has this.
If the issue doesn't happen with the previous BIOS, you should downgrade.
Or create a support ticket https://event.asrock.com/tsd.asp
