Hi,
I am trying to upgrade my win10 pro to Win 11 pro. As suggested I removed all the external devices except monitors mouse and keyboard. After this I enabled the Intel Platform Trust Technology. So, I copyed w11 installation files in a fast internal SSD device (not the main NVme disk) and started the setup, asking to retain my software installations and documents. The procedure go until the first reboot, when a message say that everything new will be removed and than the system will return as before. I don't understand why. The PC has an ASRock B460 Phantom 4 MB, CPU I9-10900F, 32 GB ram. The graphic card is an nvidia RTX-2080 super con 8GB GDDR6, of course the driver is last available. Someone else had problem ugrading to win 11??? |

Usually a rollback is caused by OS issues, be it drivers, incompatible software
etc. This is why upgrading is often problematic. I always recommend a clean install. Any and all existing conflicts, registry bloat etc all get transferred over to the upgraded OS when you don't install clean, including mallware, spyware and viruses. |
