I've met all the criteria for it: I paired my Ryzen 7 5800x with a Radeon RX 6700 XT and purchased a B550 Phantom Gaming-ITX/ax MB from ASRock, but the 4G Decoding and Re-size BAR Support options in the system's BIOS are greyed out - I'm unable to change them from Disable to Enable, thus preventing me from enabling the SmartAccess feature in AMD's GPU software suite.
Does anyone know why this is? The BIOS version is P2.30, which according to the product page on ASRock's website, is the most current version (discounting the L2.31 BETA), so I'm unsure what the problem is, exactly. Any help is greatly appreciated! |

Nevermind, I just figured it out. Apparently you need to disable the Compatibility System Module in the Boot menu, doing this will allow you to enable 4G Decoding, which in turn will allow you to enable Re-size BAR Support option. Now that that's taken care of, the AMD SAM option is enabled in the software suite. A heads up for anyone who missed the instructions in the BIOS, like I did... oi vey, SORRY EVERYONE!
