This is my setup -

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600
Gpu in PCIe 1 slot: GeForce RTX 2060
Gpu in PCIe 3 slot: GeForce GT 710
M2 Slot 1: WD SN770 NVMe SSD PCIe Gen4 (This is also my boot disk)

What I want is to have the "GeForce GT 710" as my primary graphics card. I don't use the "GeForce RTX 2060" for gaming or anything, so it can be my secondary card. However I do use it for scientific computing so I would prefer if I can dedicate the maximum bandwidth to the "GeForce RTX 2060".

Ideally what I want is -

GeForce RTX 2060 in PCIe4 x16 mode
GeForce GT 710 in PCIe3 x4 mode - However must be PRIMARY GPU
WD SN770 NVMe in M2 Slot 1 - Must be the boot disk

If the above mode is not possible, I am ok with GeForce RTX 2060 in PCIe4 x8 or PCIe3 x16 or even PCIe3 x8 mode. But GeForce GT 710 must be the primary GPU. I am also ok moving the NVMe to M2 slot 2 or something else if necessary, however it must be the boot disk.

How do I make this happen in the bios settings? Or some other way?
