Error 4d on TRX40 Creator Board

   Got a TRX40 Creator mainboard.

It bootet once. But after shutdown and trials to restart I always get:

Error Code 4d

Preceeding code before that is always 54

Entering Bios is not possible - display remains dark.

Flashback Bios via USB stick does not work (Backpanel LED stays green).

Tried to solve it by:

CMOS reset - no solution
CMOS battery out then back in - no solution
Tried with 4, 2, 1 stick of ram - no solution
Tried with different ram sticks - no solution
Tried with different GPU - no solution

Please help.
