I'd flash the correct BIOS.

I'd personally re-flash it to the latest CORRECT BIOS.
I think the different revisions tend to have some minor hardware changes (VRM ICs, and occasionally different management chip, or even network chip). Depending on what exactly was changed, it might have no effect, but it might break some weird stuff, like temperature monitoring, etc. |

Hello Fellow Members
Motherboard: B450M-HDV CPU: Ryzen 3900XT OS: Windows 11 I accidentally flashed B450M-HDV R4.0 Bios version 4.86 [Beta] by mistake on my B450M-HDV (non R4.0 version board). The computer booted fine and works currently. This could because similar board specs. Should I reflash back to the previous version 4.70? Currently CPUZ shows Model - B450M-HDV R4.0 Bios > Version P4.86 > Date 07/27/2022 |
