Is my motherboard dead£

   Since last week, my pc won't power up anymore.

Asrock B450 Fatality Gaming 4K
Ryzen 2600
Seasonic GX550 PSU

I already tried a new PSU, but that made no difference.

When I switch the PSU on, even before I hit the power switch, the red led on the motherboard lights up (flashes) for a split second, then it immediately dies and seems completely dead. Power switch does nothing.

Has my motherboard died?
