Hello all,
I'm currently running BIOS P3.20 ( I know it's old ) with a R7 1700 on my x370 Taichi.
I have a 5800X3D that I want to install and my question is what is the best way to get to the latest BIOS version ?

I was thinking about doing that:
3.20 > 3.30 > 7.00 > 7.30

It's not very clear if this is the safest and fastest way to proceed.
Maybe I can just do 3.20 > 7.00 ? ( and then 7.30 )

Seems you're correct, this is the recommended logical order on the X370 Taichi support page, but if you want a safe answer I would recommend you to open an ASRock support ticket

I too want to upgrade to latest bios so i can install a 5950x but unsure how to go about it so i won't brick the board, maybe an asrock employee can help us not mess up.
I am on 5.10.
For such an expensive board at that time i am puzzled how they didn't include a dual bios or some sort recovery like on Asus boards.
