It's just a PCIe x1 (WiFi) + USB (Bluetooth) device, and shouldn't have anything to do with motherboard/CPU/chipset. From quick search, Linux guys are generally recommending Intel m.2 cards, such as AX200 or AX210, as "Just Works" options.

I imagine older models like AC9260 would work fine too, and for just a simple Bluetooth device, I can't imagine there being any difference.

Oh yeah to add to that, my BIOS is still the stock one in which I have yet to reflash it.

Hello so as recently I decided to get a pcie card for bluetooth so as to connect my Dualshock 4 gamepad (CUH-ZCTEA1) on arch linux (apparently either my controller wasn't genuine or just OEM problems in which was not supported in kernel). And after digging around quite abit, I decided to get something like an Intel AX210 card for bluetooth.
But then I am worried about if thats supported within my AMD rig (5600 + X570S PG Riptide), can you guys provide me some guidance on whether if that bluetooth pcie adaptor added E-key slot would be supported on linux? If not can you guys also suggest me some good E-key bluetooth 5.0+ pcie card?
Many thanks!!
