Hi,
I was considering buying an ASRock X670E Steel Legend board, but was advised to check memory compatibility first. I have already purchased a set of matched Corsair CMH64GX5M2B5600Z40K modules but this number is not shown yet on the Memory QVL. I wondered whether these modules have been tested and found to be incompatible (they are allegedly optimised for AMD) or are yet to be evaluated. Any assistance would be gratefully receiveed. Thanks in advance |

The QVL's of al manuafcturers, only show which modules have been tested.
But the memory controlelr is NOT on the board, it's integrated in the CPU, and will run at an optimal speed op 5200MHZ https://www.amd.com/en/product/12166 DDR5 is a new standard, so any Non ECC unbuffered memory should work. Personally I always have good results with Patriot Viper memory |

Kind Regards
