Hello,
I bought a Samsung 990 pro. The NVME is not shown on the bios. I contact the support, but i got no answer. Has anybody else been in the same situation? Thank you |

Did You check Your SPAM folder, because often the mail (not just from ASRock) ends in the spamfolder.
The board has 2 M.2 slots, but when using an M.2 slot, You loose 2 SATA ports *M2_1, SATA3_0 and SATA3_1 share lanes. If either one of them is in use, the others will be disabled. M2_2, SATA3_4 and SATA3_5 share lanes. If either one of them is in use, the others will be disabled The 990 Pro has a number of known issues, one of them is firmware related. Also for the M.2 to be recognized by the OS, it would be best to only conenct this M.2, and disconenct the other drives, and install Windows in GPT (UEFI) Mode (CSM disabled) |

Kind Regards
