Try a single stick of RAM in slot A2
Only the CPU installed, no SATA cables or USB devices connected (except for a keyboard) Make sure the CPU power (8pin) and main power (24pin) are properly connected Power on the system and leave it running for 10mins or more to rule out slow RAM training If you still don't get a POST screen then try pulling the CMOS battery, disconnect the system from power and hold the power button for 3 - 5 seconds. Leave it like this for an hour or so (just to be sure) and try booting again. Failing that, check the CPU socket for bent pins and look over the board for any bent over component legs (on the back of the board) that may be shorting. Good luck. |
