ASROCK B450M PRO4-CB Update to BIOS 5.7 No Image

   Greetings,

I've followed every guide on how to update my BIOS to 5.7 and no matter what I do I get the No Image File detected in the Instant Flash screen.

I've formatted the USB as FAT32, tried the disk management way and formatted 2000MB with FAT32, ive tried dropping the BIOS file into my C: root.  No matter what I do I can't get the file to come up.  

Can anybody PLEASE help with this?

	There are 2 revision of B450M Pro4, B450M Pro4 and the B450Pro4 R2.0 During the flash, it will always verify if the BIOS belongs to the board. Also 5.70 is a bugfix for RTX40xx cards, if a system is running okay, never update a BIOS, You wouldn't be the frist who ruins his system stability, by thinking, newer is better. A new BIOS version doesn't suddenly give magic results, when it works, never update
