Hello,
my computer is no longer the latest, but also not really old. I bought it in 2019 and now the BIOS battery is dead. The problem is that you can not just replace a CR2032 button cell. The battery has a specific format with a specific plug and socket on the motherboard and I don't know what format that is exactly. Unfortunately, I can't get an answer to my inquiries from tech support, so I'm trying here. So: I need a replacement for a BIOS battery. My computer is an AS Rock DeskMini 110 Series, Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6600 CPU @ .30GHz; Manufacturer: 0420; Graphics card Onboard. https://www.asrock.com/Nettop/Intel/DeskMini%20110%20Series/index.asp#Overview If anyone knows what battery I need to buy for this, please let me know. Thanks a lot |

I think you need:
https://www.amazon.com/Rome-Tech-Battery-AM1H-ITX-Motherboard/dp/B096MJRS4P?th=1 I am guessing. I read it is just a laptop battery taped to the motherboard. https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-d&q=asrock+DeskMini+110+cmos+battery |

Hello, this has been very helpful to me. Maybe my question was really a beginners one, but I'm not a hardware nerd unfortunately ... I hope that these connectors on this kind of CMOS batteries do not have different formats ...
Thanks a lot for your help. |
