Motherboard: ASRock B650E Steel Legend WiFi
Processor: AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D15 chromax.black
PC Case: MSI MEG Prospect 700R
Memory modules: Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB CMT64GX5M2B6000Z40

This CPU Cooler is quite big and high. I believe the fans/ventilators can be positioned at different heights. It may be necessary to move the fans up a little bit with the clips, because the motherboard has these passive heatsinks and heatfins, left, top, bottom and on right side memory slots/high memory chips/corsair dominator chips.

So to avoid the fans from hitting these passive heatsinks it seems like the two fans have to be placed higher, but then it might hit the door of the prospect 700r ?! Is there enough clearance/room I wonder ???!!!???

The manual for the Prospect 700r mentions: Clearance for CPU Cooler Height : Max 185 mm. The noctua cooler is 165 MM in height, so 20 millimeters of room to place ventilators a little bit higher, might be just enough, but still not sure.

According to Noctua website, it should be compatible:

But does this also take into consideration the heatsinks and heatfins of motherboards and the fans of this cpu cooler ?! I would assume so, but again not sure, time will tell..

(The cooling performance should be good for this processor):
