system info is wrong and need help

I am going to try my best to explain im not smart with computers but im trying to figure it out. :) I have bios information put in wrong and i dont know how to fix it i cant change the memory to what it is supposed to be due to someone installing the 32bt information they put in and i dont know how to update system information or delete drives or anything that i think may work i have deleted something important im sure of it and im just stuck at this point :) if you have time to help id appreciate it

It is impossible to offer help (even with the best attitude) without providing at least:

- ASRock motherboard model and BIOS version
- AMD CPU specs
- RAM make, model and P/N (Part Number) or SKU (Stock Keeping Unit)
- OSs installed
