   How do the overvoltage protection features of the ASRock Steel Legend B650E motherboard/bios work ?

Could it help with preventing AMD Ryzen 7xxx processor deaths ?

(I am reading manual, Software_BIOS Setup Guide_English.pdf, I don't see any voltage levels or ranges for these features (?) just enable/disable, does this feature use hardware voltage levels/ranges/values or does it work differently ?)
