B650M PG Riptide wifi - no post after BIOS change

   Board model: B650M PG Riptide Wifi
BIOS version: 1.21
CPU: Ryzen 7700X
RAM: 32gb (16x2) T-Force Delta DDR5 5600Mhz

Notes:
I'm having a persistent problem with the latest BIOS update 1.21 for B650M PG Riptide Wifi.

Previously using 1.08 (or something whatever was the latest non-bet a BIOS available on 4 Dec 2022) with no issues.

After flashing the new BIOS, if I enter BIOS menu the system will not post after next restart. This occurs both if: (a) I make a change (save and exit) or (b) if I enter, make no changes, and then exit (discard and exit). 

Outcome is the same - system powers on, RGB activates, fans, GPU all power up, but no system post on any video out.

Re-flashing the BIOS again resets the system and boots normally (although Windows requires re-authentication and pin reset).

I hope this can be resolved in the next BIOS update.
