Asrock B760 Sata raid

   I see on the official site that my 4 port SATA can do raid. 
but whenever I enter bios, under Sata control, the option was stuck on AHCI, and I never see the raid option, I see on youtube, there is a different product that had a raid tool on bios, but on my model, there is none too. 

is there a misunderstanding, btw I had Nvme as a boot, and plan to use an unused 2.5 HDD from an external 120 GB, 320 GB, and 500 GB. is probably there a requirement like, must same brand, must same size, must same type (2.5 can not raid with 3.5 or HDD with SATA, etc)?
