Phantom Gaming 4/ac posts but no display after

   I am building a system and have been fighting with it all week. I have the Phantom Gaming 4/ac. The system will post, and I can get to BIOS, but after that, the display goes back with no signal going to monitor. The HDD LED lights up so I think it is trying to run Windows. 

Here is the kicker: I just got this system running fine, so I powered it down and moved it to the room it was intended to be in. Now this problem when i try to fire it back up. It seems like every time I do anything to the system, the motherboard gets upset and doesn't let me boot into Windows unless I try many times. 

My system:
AMD Ryzen 5 3600
G.Skill Ripjaw DDR4 3600
AMD Radeon 6700XT
Windows 10 Pro
Monitor: Acer Nitro XZ34CU
