1) I wanted to install Windows 11 (formatting and installation on a blank disk) and it wasn't possible because it was displaying an error message.
2) I was lucky enough to find an old version of Windows 10 pro x64, it installed and then another problem: - we cannot put the latest version of Windows 10 because the processor does not run at a sufficiently high frequency, it needs 1GHz and the motherboard processor is at 800 MHz...

Hi, did you ever manage to fix this?

I just built a new computer with an Asrock N100M and all new parts, and every time I try to install Windows I run into a problem. Usually my screen glitches with colored lines or I get bluescreened. I've tried both Windows 11 and 10, officially downloaded from Microsoft, with no luck, and have gone through all possible BIOS settings. I've even tried installing Windows on a separate HDD on another computer, then transfering that disk to my Asrock build - Windows did start, but crashed very shortly after that.

If anyone has any ideas or suggestions, I would be extremely grateful.
