H97 Pro4 - TPM2-S TPM Module not working

   Hi.

I did purchase a TMP2-S Module for my motherboard and i can not get it working.
Bios Version is the latest which is 2.10. Thrusted function is activated in bios but the module is not recognized. I also checked if it is plugged in correct, and the pins do match. 

Did anyone manage to get such a module running?

	did you get a reply to this? There is a 2.10c bios update somewhere, but all the links are dead.
