No USB power during Sleep - X670E Steel Legend

   This is with the most current BIOS
- Deep Sleep is OFF
- USB Power Delivery During SOft OFF (S5) is ON
- I have also tried uninstalling AppCharger just in case (It is supposed to affect iOS devices only).

What should I do to enable charging with USB ports while the PC is sleeping?

Specs:
- X670E Steel Legend with latest BIOS
- 7800x3D
- 32GB RAM @ 4800Mhz
- SN850 Nvme SSD

	- USB Power Delivery During SOft OFF (S5) is ON. I have this set to OFF and its charging during S3 sleep.
