ASRock AB350 Pro 4 Hardware Reserved Ram

   Noticed that 7.93gb of 16gb was "hardware reserved" in task manager. 

We have purchased a new set 2x16gb and now essentially 16gb is hardware reserved.

Also it appears dual channel is not functioning as a result.

I have updated Bios to the latest recommended BIOS. Further updates are not recommended for Summit Ridge.

I have tried moving both ram sticks over one bank, same result.

Is this a MOBO issue then?
