Hello, I have a problem with the startup. The thing is that I bought a 16GB Patriot Viper 3 [PV316G160C9K] RAM, DD3, 1600MHz. Let me say right away that the ASRock B75M-DGS motherboard supports both DDR3-1600 and 16 GB according to the documentation (though it is the maximum supported volume, but still). Intel Xeon e3-1270 v2 processor should also support everything. I'll also note that both boards are working, as they work separately. Now one of them stands together with the old one (4GB-1333). But when you insert both, the computer starts and after about five seconds restarts, the image does not appear. I do not know what to do. Is the problem in the motherboard or in the power supply? It is 400W (DNS Finepower DNP-450).
