Asrock X99 WS Ram OC preset

   I upgraded my RAM to a 32GB Kit (2666MHz Ripjaws 4). Ran Memtest test 0-5, all pass @2666MHz. Now I am not familiar with RAM overclocking but I see an option in the UEFI called DRAM Frequency OC Preset. It gives me an OC preset till 3500 MHz. Is it better (and safe) to use the OC preset by Asrock rather than manual RAM OC (for people non familiar with RAM OC)? I want to go to 2800 and possibly 3000 presets.
