Synchronized core clocks

   A520M-HDV board here w/ Ryzen 5600g.  All cores are always synced at the same speed.  Fairly new install of win 10 and off a fresh boot, cores stay synched at 3.8ghz.  Then slowly drop over time, but always synched.  Any ideas?  I had this same issue with an intel b560 board...got frustrated and returned it.  Asrock did reach out with a beta bios for me to try, but it was too late.  Same thing all over again with this board.
