Radeon AsRock 7700xt does not initialize on restar

   Hello
I have next configuration:
ryzen 7600x
Asrock b650 pg itx
Corsair vengeance 5600
Radeon Asrock 7700xt

My problem is when i reboot system my external gpu does not initialize. I can only get image from iGpu. But on whole shutdown and new startup Gpu initialize correctly and did not notice any problem in games or in regular using of pc.
What can be a source of problem? I made external gpu first prioity in bios and disabled fast boot but it did not help. Please help

	Someone knows how to make mb showing post messages during POST loading? This really strange that mb do not do this by default.

	Just to clarify, by external GPU do you mean an external GPU in it's own enclosure with it's own power supply or do you simply mean "discrete" GPU, as in an add on card?
