AIO Pump does Not Work every Time

   Hello Folks,

I have the following Setup

MB: ASRock A620M-HDV/M.2
AIO: Thermaltake TH360 ARGB Sync Snow Edition
Power Supply: XP750R6.2

My Problem is, from 5 startups in 4 cases the AIO Pump Doesnt start. When the overheat Protection of the MB shut down my system and i start the System Again After Cooling down it Boots much longer befor bios (Diagnostic Boot?) and the Pump Starts up Safe.

Pump is connected to Chas Fan 3 Connector, which runs in Pump Mode on Max Mode. (Dc or Auto Doesnt make a difference).

It seems that the Pump Doesnt get the Right start voltage all the Time. 

Any ideas?
