Editing BIOS ID or SKU string

   I have ASRock Intel H97M Pro4 motherboard (retail package) whose SKU or system ID reported by the BIOS to various utilities including Windows System Info as "To Be Filled By O.E.M." (System SKU)

Well I am the OEM system builder and would like to change this to something of my own choice. I assume this is part of DMI structures but that is just guessing.

Is there any way to edit this BIOS reported 'System SKU" string data?
