Is anyone else getting having this issue or similar with bios version 2.0 and 2.02 that when starting from a cold boot, you get a blank screen, having to press the reset button, which then the system starts fine. I tried numerous trouble shooting methods with no success, all the hardware is fine. When flashing back to version 1.28 or 1.30 the system runs great, no problems at all.
I found that my 4080 was causing the problem somehow, even though it updated with the latest firmware.I took out the 4080 and just used the onboard AMD gpu and it runs great, no boot issues. Whatever was changed in bios version 2.0 and 2.02 is the problem, everything runs great using previous versions 1.28 and 1.30. |

Good morning to all of you friends who own AsRock products.
I am a happy owner of a MB X670E Pro RS, Ryzen 7700, G.Skill EXPO DDR5 6000 CL30. I also have the same problem as user killroy2963 and the latest BIOS update 2.08 didn't solve it either. I believe that AsRock has not yet understood the origin of the problem in the transition from version 1.28 to 2.** We are waiting confidently. |

Hi there...
Have you passed these issues back to ASRock ? https://tw.asrock.com/events/tsd.asp Might be wise to ask to put in touch with the bios team in the Netherlands.... Edited by Katana1074 - 07 Mar 2024 at 4:34am |
