Hi all. What is the best ASRock motherboard for 192 GB DDR5 memory (2 DIMMs per channel, dual rank)?

CPU is Intel 14th gen i7-14700K, and I'm Interested in both memory OC speed and stability. There appears to be a lot of conflicting information on whether 192GB is even supported. For example, on the ASRock Nova memory QVL list, there is no option for 192GB DDR5, even though the specs sheet lists support for 192GB. All of the listed 48GB QVL modules only show two DIMM socket support.

Which, if any, ASRock motherboard/BIOS can stably support the highest speeds with 4x48GB DDR5? The NOVA looks ideal for my build otherwise, just not sure if it can stably support this much memory at reasonable speeds. Thanks in advance for any insights.

I'm using a Z690 Taichi and Bios update 16.05 added support for 48/24 GB strips.
I have not personally used 48GB strips, so look around the web for that answwer.
I have a 14700k running on my Z690 @5.7GHz with idle temps in the low 30x and all core encodes with peaks no higher that 79c. I'm running 64GB of DDR5 ram.

Bios 16.05
1. Support for next-generation processors.
2. Update Intel Microcode, ME and GOP.
3. Optimize processor settings.
4. Improve memory compatibility.
5. Support 48/24GB high density DDR5 memory module.
