Hi guys,
I run for some time a rock stable 9.02 BIOS version with an 13600kf and just tried the new BIOS version 10.06.

There are some issues:

1) You can't load saved BIOS settings from 9.02
a) The dialog shows no files to select
b) If you type the name manually it says "corrupted file"

2) The default CPU voltages are increased by approx. 120mV, that's a lot and causes temperature throttling if you don't adjust them manually.

3) Regardless the increased voltages I could not run my (now manually entered) overclocking settings from 9.02 stable. No stress test needed; Windows crashes even with tamer settings.

4) XTU shows "Intel Overclocking Thermal Velocity Boost" enabled for 10.06, but I still don't see a BIOS option for it. This may be the cause for stability problems. I did not try to play with it via XTU.

10.06 seems to be a regression, I went back to 9.02 :(

Forget 4) I made a mistake. That's no issue.

Just to clarify: The "load saved BIOS option" shows an empty fileselector box. No saved setting-files are shown even if you save one from BIOS 10.06.

After a revert to 9.02 all saved BIOS settings files are shown and can be loaded.

Solved.
The first flash had been faulty, no idea what happened.
After some great support from Asrock i tried it a second time successfully and now I find no longer any issues.
