Fatal1ty X99X Killer/3.1 no Boost Max 3.0 Support

   Hi 
I just received my Fatal1ty X99X Killer/3.1 Mobo (Bios 3.0)
Installed my i7-6900K CPU and loaded the Board drivers etc 
(windows 10 Pro) and it's all running great 
But then I tried to install the 
Intel® Turbo Boost Max Technology 3.0 software (as Admin with AV disabled)
It fails to install and tells me "this computer does not meet the minimum requirements to install this Software"
Does the Bios support the Intel® Turbo Boost Max Technology 3.0 ?
