B760 PG Lightning BIOs update

   My PG Lightening MB lost its ability to boot into windows right after I did a successful bios update from the initial release of 1.04 to a higher version.  I did clear cmos etc. with no luck. 

The 1.04 version is not available on the ASrock global site or the China FTP site.  

Has anyone had the same issue or has anyone had success updating the bios on this MB.
