What memory are you using, full model number and name please. What CPU are you using? What version of Windows are you using? Is it a 32 bit version? Did you check Windows Resource Monitor, to see how much memory is available in total, and how much memory is being used when you use utorrent? |

Look in ResMon(Resource Monitor) for whats consuming your memory.
Windows key + R , enter resmon and then hit the Enter key |

It could also be that you have virtual memory disabled. If you do not have a page file then you can run into out of memory issues, especially with browsers like chrome and multiple tabs. Utorrent also sucks up memory, it is one of the reasons I usually recommend not using it and other torrent apps.
What version of Windows are you using? What hard disk/s or SSD/s are you using? Is your virtual memory assigned by Windows, set to a specific size or disabled?
