AM1H-ITX memory problems

It could also be that you have virtual memory disabled. If you do not have a page file then you can run into out of memory issues, especially with browsers like chrome and multiple tabs. Utorrent also sucks up memory, it is one of the reasons I usually recommend not using it and other torrent apps.

What version of Windows are you using?
What hard disk/s or SSD/s are you using?
Is your virtual memory assigned by Windows, set to a specific size or disabled?

Look in ResMon(Resource Monitor) for whats consuming your memory.

Windows key + R , enter resmon and then hit the Enter key

What memory are you using, full model number and name please.

What CPU are you using?

What version of Windows are you using? Is it a 32 bit version?

Did you check Windows Resource Monitor, to see how much memory is available in total, and how much memory is being used when you use utorrent?




i AM USING

AMD 5350

MEMORY  KHX1600C9D3X2K2/8GB

bIOS 1.50

Windows runs out of memory even when utorrent isnt running

PS utorrent is old version 2.2.1

?? Another memory leak in a torrent client ??

The newer uTorrents are rife with unneeded garbage.

When i use 2x 4gig memory sticks i keep getting windows has run out of memory error or when using utorrent i get memory issues what could this be ?

I have tested both sticks of memory in memtest and another pc and its no problem until i use it in my AM1H-ITX also i have tried 2 more sets of memory and i get the same issue
