I have an issue with my X99 Extreme11, sometimes when I power it on it fires up but I never get the POST boot up, it then looks like it is in a restart loop but nothing actually changes, the monitor is sort of fired but then drops out again, no POST screen appears.
If I power off and power on again with the power button it boots up as normal, this works every time. This is quite frequent, but sometimes it just boots up first time without any problems. I'm really confused about this behavior and how I can resolve it, please help...

I get something similar on my B85 Anniversary when I have bad OC settings. It may be that your bios info has gotten corrupted. Try performing a clear CMOS and see if that resolves the issue
![]() If that does not work then it would be helpful to know your full system specs, CPU (including OC info), RAM (brand and capacity), power supply (model) and GPU as well as storage devices and addon cards. Good luck
