Solved my DDR5 4800 vs 6000 ram mystery. With low profile cooler, my system was getting to tjmax limit (85C) quickly and power was throttled to not go any higher. At 6000 mt, ram requires 1.35V instead of 1.1V, which I think translated to extra heat, and made it throttle sooner. I replaced the cooler with stock Wraith Prism, nice bump in hashrate, and then switching to 6000 mt showed real benefit. These measurements were taken 10 minutes after mining started.

Low Profile cooler 4800 AGESA, room temp 69F
Tccd1      85C:     12,085 hashrate / 90 watts = 134.3

Wraith Prism 4800 AGESA, room temp 72F
Tccd1      64C:     14,802 hashrate / 125 watts = 118.4

Wraith Prism 6000 Aggressive, room temp 72F
Tccd1      64C:     15,660 hashrate / 131 watts = 119.5
