Go to:
http://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/E350M1/?cat=Download

Select your correct flavor of XP, x86 or x64, and the audio drivers will be shown as the 2nd download from the top.

Or,

You might also attempt to DL and install the latest XP ones offered directly from Realtek themselves:
http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=24&PFid=24&Level=4&Conn=3&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false

Check off "I accept to the above" , click Next, and proceed to DL the XP drivers llisted from Realtek.

If the above suggestion fails, please post the information of both offending "Unknown' devices as described:

Device Manager > Unknown device > Detail tab > and from the dropdown select "Hardware Ids" > right click, Select All, Copy, then past this info here.

An example:
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_9C26&SUBSYS_06AD1028&REV_04
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_9C26&SUBSYS_06AD1028
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_9C26&CC_0C0320
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_9C26&CC_0C03
