Just buy a Z170 Pro4 motherboard and trying install FreeBSD, but in vain. All screen display are occupied by ACPI errro message - ACPI Exception: AE_NOT_FOUND, while evaluating GPE method [_L6F]. After boot menu selection.
![]() Next install Linux, similar message showed again. Though it could be disable by ignore such message by [echo "disable" > /sys/firmware/acpi/interrupts/gpe6F], but before such command take effect, system message would be flooding with such messages, and useful messages will be shifted out. ![]() BIOS checked is up to date. However, to disable such ACPI error message for FreeBSD installation. Any proper method to solve such problem. Many thanks ![]() |
